Founder and CEO
Hi, I’m Stephanie, the founder of Concihairge. I spent over a decade as a hairstylist before becoming a mother made me see the industry differently, both for the women trying to get an appointment and for the stylists trying to build a sustainable career.
That realization became Concihairge in 2009, and what started as a solution for one season of life has grown into something I am genuinely proud of every day. My family is my greatest inspiration and the reason I built a company that believes women should never have to choose between taking care of themselves and showing up for the people they love.
Today I focus entirely on building and leading the team, setting the standard for every client experience, and making sure our stylists have everything they need to do their best work.

Outside of work, my whole heart belongs to my family: my husband Jose, my son Nico, and our newest addition, baby girl Alena.
