Concihairge has been perfecting our system of offering in-home salon services since 2009. We know that women wear more hats today and carry more stress while feeling pressured to keep up with their appearance. From your initial contact with our Concihairge Scheduler until our stylist leaves your home, we want you to feel the joy of salon hair without the stresses of leaving your home or sitting on the salon conveyor belt for hours every few weeks.
Our In-Home Salon Services system is easy…
- Complete our intake questionnaire so we can promptly and efficiently answer all your questions and get your initial appointment scheduled with one of our Regional Stylists.
- To complete your reservation, you will receive a secure link via text message where you can input your credit card. No charges are made until after your appointment has been completed.
- Be on the lookout for either a consultation form (if you’re receiving extensions or a color service). Completing this form ensures that our stylist comes prepared to accomplish your dream hair.
- While our stylists are usually on time, we know that hiccups can happen and/or traffic can create issues. We know your time is valuable, and someone from our team will reach out if a problem arises.
- Your stylist will bring all the supplies needed for your appointment—even a floor covering, broom, and trash bags. Yes, we truly want to bring the salon to you. We will ask you to use a chair and running water, but other than that, you can sit back and relax.
- At the time of checkout, we offer a hands-free checkout method by charging your credit card on file.
- We recommend you pre-book your next appointment while your stylist is still in your home. This will help us keep your hair on point for regular maintenance while guaranteeing you the time spot that works best for your busy schedule.

Accommodation Policies
Concihairge is committed to creating a respectful and safe environment for both clients and stylists through our in-home salon services. To ensure the highest standards of service and to remain in compliance with our insurance policies, we require the following:
- Clients with mobility challenges or who are bed-bound must have a responsible aide or caregiver present during the appointment. Our stylists are not trained or authorized to assist with physical mobility, medical care, or any activity requiring direct physical aid.
- For insurance and liability reasons, Concihairge stylists are strictly prohibited from handling medical equipment, devices, or bodily care items. This includes—but is not limited to—colostomy/colonoscopy bags, oxygen tanks, or medication-related tools.
- Our stylists perform hair washing using a standard household sink. If a client is unable to safely bend over a sink, we will not be able to proceed with washing services. We do not provide portable sinks or alternate accommodations for this portion of the appointment or our in-home salon services.
- If at any point a service cannot be performed safely or in compliance with these policies, Concihairge reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the appointment. No refunds will be issued for time already spent on-site.
