From the moment you first meet Randi it’s clear that she is a very busy woman that loves living life to the fullest. She’s a mom to two young children, a three-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl, and a 13-year-old cocker/shih tzu mix who keeps the family on their toes. Between school drop-offs, client meetings, and running her design business, Randi still finds time to embrace what matters most: family and experiences.
Her favorite way to unwind? Local travel adventures with her husband and kids. “Our life revolves around all things kids, but we love sneaking in vacations whenever we can,” Randi says. Whether it’s a drive to the Poconos, a quiet weekend in the Hudson Valley, or exploring the Chesapeake, she’s drawn to beautiful views and calm surroundings. She also admits she’s always up for a concert or sporting event, proof that her creative energy doesn’t stop at home or work.
From Corporate Life to Creative Living
Randi’s path to founding Remy Creative is a story of growth, reinvention, and courage. Her career began in interior design studies at Ohio State, but early challenges with technical coursework prompted a shift in direction. She pursued a degree in Advertising instead, which led her into the world of media and luxury marketing.
After graduation, she joined Philadelphia Magazine, where she ran their Wedding publication, then went on to lead marketing for Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. During that time, she became an expert in creating experiences, designing events, building relationships, and shaping brands.
Still, something was missing. “I had always been drawn back to interiors,” Randi explains. “I spent years working with an interior designer during college, and that love for creating spaces never really left me.” When the pandemic hit and large-scale events came to a standstill, Randi saw it as the perfect moment to return to her first creative passion. She went back to school, completed her technical training, and finally launched Remy Creative—a dream that had been forming for over a decade.

Randi describes Remy Creative as “a residential design studio focused on creating beautiful and functional spaces that work for real life.” Most of her clients are families who have just moved into what they call their “forever home.” They’re ready to trade in their temporary furniture for timeless, investment pieces that reflect who they are and how they live.
